Shake App Known Issues

There are no known issues at this time. We released a new version of the app which fixed following issues. The new version of the app is available for your download via Microsoft Store App.

Previous Known Issues

1. In-App purchase is not working

There is a known problem with in-app purchase option. When a user clicks on In-App Purchase button, they see Windows Store - Simulate this purchase dialog box as shown below. We are working with Microsoft to fix this issue. There will be a new release of the app coming soon which will address this problem.



This issue is impacting Live Tile Update and Push Notification features within this app.

2. Live Tiles Stopped Updating/Push Notification Not Working/Seeing Ads Afer Few Days Of InApp Purchase
